A chatbot your team can review and own

AI Chatbot Development Services

Commission an AI chatbot for your website or support workflow with a clear brief, source controls, integrations, acceptance tests and remote handover.

The logic and interface come together.

AI chatbot development should connect a defined customer task to approved information and an accountable handover. Zoha can work remotely with your team on a website or support assistant, including the conversation design, scoped integrations and acceptance review. Agree who owns channels, knowledge, customer records and ongoing operation before expanding the assistant's role.

Give the project a specific customer task

A chatbot can help a visitor find an answer, collect an enquiry or prepare a support request. Those tasks need different conversation paths and system access. Tell us what the customer should achieve and what your team wants to receive at the end.

For a website enquiry assistant, the brief might define a useful answer, the fields needed for a lead and the destination for staff follow-up. A support assistant may need identity checks and a connection to an existing helpdesk. Do not bundle those different jobs into an undefined promise to answer every question.

Control the information behind the answers

Provide current service information, support articles or other approved sources with a named owner. Identify statements the assistant must not make, such as unapproved prices, contractual commitments or promises about staff availability. Define what to do when a source is missing or conflicting.

Source-linked answers and evaluation examples make review easier, but they do not remove the possibility of a mistake. The project should test factual support, appropriate clarification and refusal to invent an answer. Where external content is used, treat it as untrusted input and keep system permissions separate from conversation instructions.

Zoha works from Addis Ababa with local and remote teams. Arrange review windows and written feedback with your process owner. Changes to tasks, channels or integrations should be visible scope decisions, especially when several teams or suppliers share responsibility for the website and customer-support system.

Test the languages and difficult questions customers use

  • A visitor asks a common question with a straightforward approved answer.
  • A visitor uses different wording, spelling variation or a mixed-language message.
  • The requested fact is absent from the source collection.
  • The visitor asks for private account information without appropriate identity.
  • A connected system is unavailable or returns an incomplete result.
  • The conversation needs a person and must reach the correct destination.
  • Staff are unavailable and the assistant must give an accurate next step without inventing a response time.

For Amharic, English or another required language, prepare examples in the style your customers actually use. A suitable business reviewer should check meaning, names, dates, tone and handover instructions. Fluent-looking text alone does not establish acceptable language performance. If the result is unreliable, narrow the task or refer it to staff.

Keep acceptance data suitable for the test environment and avoid using unnecessary customer information. Your team should review both the answer and the operational outcome. A correct-looking reply is not enough if a lead disappears or a handover reaches an unmonitored inbox.

Keep channel ownership and future work clear

Define who owns channel accounts, provider subscriptions, conversation records and recovery access. Separate implementation from recurring usage charges, content updates and support. The handover should identify the assistant's limits, routine checks and the process for investigating a failed conversation.

We can scope a focused pilot and the work required for release and maintenance. Messaging platforms, helpdesks and business systems have their own access and commercial conditions; include the actual systems in the brief. Remote delivery works best when your team retains clear decision authority and can continue the agreed operation after handover.

Questions and answers

A customer chatbot supports a defined customer conversation or workflow. A staff knowledge assistant focuses on internal information and may require different sources, permissions and acceptance criteria.

Specify the required channel in the brief. Website and messaging implementations have different account, platform and integration requirements. We assess the actual connection, permitted actions and failure handling before including it in the scope. A helpdesk connection is also a named integration to agree.

Build prototype and acceptance reviews into the delivery milestones. Include source quality, difficult questions, staff routing and operating controls.

Include Amharic questions, spelling variations and mixed-language examples in the acceptance set, with a suitable reviewer from your business. Evaluate the intended tasks and handover behavior; generating text in a language is not enough to confirm reliable answers.

Define maintenance, provider charges, working windows and content responsibilities separately in the agreement. Implementation alone should not imply indefinite operating support.

Scope a chatbot your team can own

Send the customer task, approved sources, channels and systems involved. We can define a remote delivery plan with review milestones and a clear handover.
